For over fifty years Claremont Neighborhood Centers, Inc. has been a beacon of hope, an important multi-service agency annually opening its doors to more than 4,000 community residents. Located in the heart of the South Bronx, for many, CNC programs serves as a beginning on the path to self-sufficiency.
