Building Community Through Partnership

Local Partnerships

Our ability to meet with and maintain contact with our local NYCHA tenant associations, community leaders, public officials and other community groups strengthens our effort to bring our families and community participants in the most effective way.

Collaborative Success

The successes we have encountered are accomplished by way of the supports we can bring our families. Each partnership amplifies our impact and extends our reach.

Village Approach

The phrase, "It takes a village", is demonstrated each day in our efforts to bring the highest quality of service possible to our families and children.

Immediate Response and Community-First Approach

These partners work cooperatively with CNC and respond immediately to any of the referrals and needs given to them upon our contact. Claremont's ability to connect parents or youth participants to the wide array of services we have available is the cornerstone of the efforts we take to strengthen our families.

We model the belief of "Community First" in our effort to support our families.

Our commitment to the community runs deep. We've built lasting relationships and sustainable programs that families can depend on year after year.

Real Community Impact

These numbers represent real families, real lives improved, and real community impact. Each statistic tells a story of hope, support, and positive change in our neighborhood.

These resources are routinely provided as needed to families and individuals who are members of our immediate community (Morris Houses, Webster Morrisania, Butler Houses and the surrounding community.) We help all who walk into center seeking assistance.
